Owners have full access to the CVPM Owner Portal, which includes a real-time booking calendar, financial statements, maintenance updates, and income reports. You’ll always know exactly how your property is performing.

9. How much does CVPM charge for property management?

10. Can I use my property for personal stays?

Absolutely. You can block off dates for personal use directly through the Owner Portal. Just let us know in advance so we can adjust your listing calendar accordingly.
